Mo2Salon consists of two stylist levels, seniors and masters.
Prices are determined by the stylist’s experience level at Mo2Salon, hair growth, texture, hair type, and density.

Policies

To provide you with better service, we recommend that you read through our policies

Booking

It is advisable to schedule your appointments at least two to three weeks ahead of time. If you have specific limitations on the days or times you are available, we suggest booking four weeks in advance to ensure you get the time slot you need. We make every effort to be accommodating to our client's schedules by offering early morning and late evening appointments whenever possible so that we can be available for you.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled without a 48-hour notice will require a credit card to reserve the next appointment. A second missed appointment will incur a 50% fee for the scheduled appointment. If you are running a little late, please understand that every effort of our team will be made to deliver the service(s). Our schedules run in increments of 15 minutes; therefore, appointments may have to be rescheduled if you are running more than 15 minutes late. We ask that you stay in communication with our front desk team if you are running late.

Re-do

Our consultation process is thorough and each of our stylists will take the time to provide you with one before they start their services, therefore we do not offer refunds for any reason. We will gladly refund or exchange an unused product within 10 days of purchase. Sale pricing can not be extended.
Requests for redo services must be made within 72 hours of the original appointment and completed within 10 days. If the same service is performed with the same stylist, the redo service will be complimentary.
Mo2Salon reserves the right to consult with the guest prior to providing the service, and additional work may require a separate appointment and fees.

Mo2Salon is committed to providing excellent services to our clients. To maintain our focus on delivering premium services, we include a $5 service charge in each invoice. This fee covers our overhead expenses and enables us to continue offering the quality services you love. Thank you for your support and for choosing Mo2Salon for your salon needs.

Mo2Salon requires a deposit for certain appointments. Your deposit not only secures your reservation but also enables us to maintain the high standards of care and attention that define our salon experience.

Molouk - CO-OWNER / MASTER STYLIST

Over 25 years of experience. Molouk provides her clients with the newest techniques in hair design. Molouk attended professional development courses with Vidal Sassoon, Aveda, and Davines. Molouk is also professionally trained by the industry’s masters such as Sally Rogers, Angelo Seminaro, David Adams, and Allen Ruiz.

Molouk specializes in textured, razor, short and long haircuts. She is certified in Brazilian Blow Out, Coppola, and Keratin Smoothing Treatments. Schedule your detailed consultation with Molouk today to discuss your specific hair needs.

Mohsen - CO-OWNER / MASTER STYLIST

Over 20 years of experience. Mohsen is a Davines ambassador, and his specialty is flamboyage and balayage color techniques. He has completed courses in advanced cutting techniques with Aveda, Vidal Sassoon, and Davines Mohsen also is certified in hair dreams extensions.

Jia - SENIOR STYLIST

Is a passionate hairstylist who has devoted her whole life to making people feel good about themselves. She is a global hairstylist with over 20 years of experience in many geographically dispersed places such as California, Louisiana, Australia, and South Korea.

Jia has studied with Toni & Guy, Paul Mitchell, Pivot Point, Davines, Brazilian Blowout, and has certifications to work in Australia, South Korea, and the USA. With expertise in everything regarding hairstyling, her main strength is honesty. Schedule your appointment with her today!

Joy - SENIOR STYLIST

I have been a hairstylist for over 25 years. From 2013 to 2020 I worked in a teaching salon for Organic Color Systems in Illinois. I have also completed professional courses with Davines Color and Cutting. I'm passionate about loving others by serving them and making them feel good about themselves.

Healthy and beautiful hair is my goal.

Alex - SENIOR STYLIST
